Read and follow these directions. Refer back to this page as you do the lesson.

1) Check your grades for the second marking period at www.gradeconnect.com. The grades are currently up-to-date to 11/1/07. Only spend a few minutes on this as you can do it at another time. It is not part of today's grade.

2) Do Objective P-42: Web Lesson 3. Go to the textbook website and find links mainly from Chapters 25 to 31. Using your required, low profile clipboard, loose-leaf paper and pen, write something about what you learned about each of the websites visited . Begin each of the notes with the title of the website visited. The number of sides of notes, expected for full credit will be announced during class.

3) Then continue using the websites from the following scilinks (listed under teacher's favorites): (Go to www.scilinks.org after checking this list and then return to this list as needed.

Try to go to all of all of the scilinks. There are numerous websites for each scilink. You need to look quickly at all of them and then go back and focus on several websites that are interesting, interactive, and that help you learn and become enthusiatic about the topic.

 4) Be sure to take your textbook home with you and read, study and know Chapters 25 to 31 for the Unit 4 Test on Thursday 11/08/07.

2) Do Objective P-20: Web Lesson 2. Go to the textbook website and find links mainly from Chapters 17,18,19. and 20. Using your required, low profile clipboard, loose-leaf paper and pen, write something about what you learned about each of the websites visited . Begin each of the notes with the title of the website visited. The number of sides of notes, expected for full credit will be announced during class.

3) Be sure to read and study and know Chapters 17 to 24 for Unit 3. Unit 3 ends in less than 2 weeks and it includes a test followed by the semester exam on Units 1,2, and 3.(Chapters 1 to 24).

1) Read and follow the Computer Usage Rules for Bro. James' Classes.

2) Register for Physics Class at www.gradeconnect.com Follow the instructions on the handout. Send an email to the teacher using the form on gradeconnect. Be sure to type in your name in the email. This is Objective P-08 and the 9 points are given only when it is done.

3) Register for Scilinks. Follow the instructions on the handout. Go to www.scilinks.org This is Objective P-09 and the 9 points are given only when you are registered at scilinks.

4) Do Objective P-10: Go to the following link and find links mainly from Chapters 9 to 12. Use your clipboard with loose-leaf paper to take some notes for this. The amount will be announced by the teacher depending on the available time.
